NEW YORK (MarketWatch) - The U.S. stocks were
wavering between small gains and minute losses on Wednesday, a day after
a bout of heavy selling drove the main benchmark down nearly 4% from
its peak reached just last month.
The U.S. budget deficit fell by nearly a third
during fiscal 2014 to $486 billion as federal revenues grew far faster
than spending, the Congressional Budget Office said on Wednesday.
